This is the The Necromancer Club Hoodie.
The Hoodie displays the iconic Bench with the Glass Pumpkin reward on the front. On the left sleeve, "Angelus Demonus" is displayed in support of the content creator.
Note: Clearing Deep Dungeon is not required.
